How old do you have to be to ride a tootle bike?

You must be at least 18 years old to ride.

Multiple riders? Share your ride!

You can have up to 4 rides on 1 account. Just start a ride and click ‘Add Ride’ to scan another bike.
Note: Promos and Passes only apply to the purchasers ride.

I can't end my ride.

Ensure you are in a parking location (blue area on the map screen within the app) to end your ride.
Ensure your Bluetooth on your device is turned on.
Restart the App and try again.

I can't start my ride

Try these steps:

Make sure the bike is locked and showing on the map screen in the app
Restart the app and try again
Logout and back in again
Scan another bike

Can I pause my ride?

Yes, you can pause to lock your bike at any time via the pause button on the ride screen.
